It depends on the environment!
• Indoors: Air-filled balloon installs (like arches) can last for weeks, while helium balloons typically float for 12–24 hours (or up to a week if treated with "Hi-Float" gel).
• Outdoors: We cannot guarantee a lifespan outdoors. Direct sunlight and heat are the biggest enemies of balloons; they can oxidize (turn matte/velvety) within hours or pop due to heat expansion.
Generally, no. To ensure the highest quality and safety, we only work with professional-grade balloons from our trusted suppliers. Store-bought balloons are often thinner and more prone to popping, which can compromise the look and safety of our designs.
Yes! That is called oxidation. It happens when latex is exposed to oxygen and sunlight. Many people actually prefer this "matte" look for modern organic arches, but if you want a high-shine finish for an indoor event, let us know, and we can apply a special shine spray!
We use high-quality, 100% natural latex balloons, which are biodegradable. However, we are strictly pro-environment. We do not support balloon releases and ask that you always "Pin it and Bin it" (pop the balloons and dispose of them in the trash) once your event is over.
Balloons are fragile! While we use the best materials, we cannot be responsible for pops caused by children, pets, rough walls, or weather after we have completed the installation. We always bring a few extras during setup just in case!
The sooner, the better! For large installations or custom color palettes, we recommend booking 4-5 weeks out. For simple deliveries, we can often accommodate requests with 2–3 weeks' notice, depending on our schedule.
