Thank you for choosing J’s Circles Event! We are excited to help you celebrate. To ensure your event goes off without a hitch (and without any pops), please review our service guidelines below.
1. Booking & Payments
• Deposit: A 30% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. No order is confirmed until the deposit is received.
• Final Balance: The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event or delivery date.
• Last-Minute Orders: Orders placed within 48 hours to a week before the event may be subject to a "Rush Fee."
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Cancellations: If you cancel your order, the initial deposit is non-refundable but may be applied as a store credit for a future event at our discretion.
• Rescheduling: We will do our best to accommodate date changes made at least 14 days in advance, subject to availability.
• Weather: If your event is outdoors and inclement weather occurs (high winds, heavy rain, extreme heat), we reserve the right to move the setup to a safe indoor location or reschedule. No refunds are issued for weather-related issues.
3. Balloon Care & Longevity
Balloons are temporary by nature. While we use the highest quality professional-grade balloons, their lifespan depends on their environment.
• Outdoor Decor: We cannot guarantee the lifespan of balloons used outdoors. Sun, heat, wind, and rough surfaces (like brick) can cause balloons to oxidize (turn matte) or pop.
• Temperature: Extreme heat causes helium to expand (potentially popping the balloon), while cold air causes it to contract (making it look deflated).
• The "No-Popping" Policy: Once we deliver or install the balloons and leave the premises, we are no longer responsible for any popping, deflation, or damage.
4. Delivery & Installation
• Access: For installations, please ensure we have access to the venue at the agreed-upon time. Delays caused by the venue or client may result in an incomplete setup or additional labor fees.
• Delivery Fees: Fees are calculated based on distance.
• Strike/Teardown: Unless otherwise agreed, the client is responsible for the disposal of balloons and the breakdown of the decor. If you require "Strike Service" (where we return to clean up), an additional fee applies.
5. Safety & Environment
• Choking Hazard: Children should always be supervised around balloons. Broken or uninflated balloons can be a choking hazard.
• No Helium Inhalation: Inhaling helium is dangerous and can be fatal. Do not do it!
• Don't Let Go: We are proud supporters of the Pro Environment Balloon Alliance (PEBA). We do not support or facilitate "balloon releases." Please pop and dispose of balloons properly in a trash bin.
6. Setup & Installation
"To ensure every detail is perfect, our team requires a minimum setup window of 2 hours prior to your event start time. For larger or more complex installations, we may require additional time or an on-site consultation at least 24–48 hours in advance. We will discuss and confirm your specific setup schedule during the booking process."
